Matthew is a Bermudian Chartered Accountant who has been with ASL since 2017. Prior to joining ASL, he worked at PwC Bermuda in the insurance practice, building a strong foundation in financial oversight and regulatory compliance. At ASL, he oversees the day‑to‑day management of a diverse portfolio of international captive insurance clients, providing tailored advice to meet their specific and unique needs.
Dueane Dill

A Bermudian insurance professional with decades of market experience, Dueane joined Atlantic Security Limited in 1996. He is closely involved in captive reporting, regulatory support and the company’s punitive damage programmes, while maintaining strong relationships across the Bermuda broking market.
Mark James

Born and raised in Bermuda, Mark graduated with Honours from Queen's University and later earned the ARE designation. Mark began on the Captive/Rent-A-Captive accounting team in 2015, before transitioning to the punitive wrap team. Since 2018, he has specialized in underwriting punitive damage coverage on behalf of reinsurers.
